Senior designers.
Five or more years in brand, identity, or product design. Work you are proud of. Deep in one area, fluent across the others.
Senior engineers.
Full-stack or specialist. Production experience shipping real software. Comfort with AI integration and modern platform architecture.
AI engineers.
Hands-on production experience with LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems. Not PowerPoint experience.
Strategists.
Rare. Brand, product, or AI strategists who can lead the strategic foundation of engagements end to end.
