Phase 01
Conversation.
A call with one of our partners. No agenda. We want to understand what you are trying to do and whether we are the right team for it.
Qualification.
Both sides decide. We are candid about fit, and we say no when the answer is no.
Proposal.
Short and specific. Scope, team, deliverables, timeline, commercials. A working agreement, not a sales document.
Phase 02
Partners lead.
Present in the rooms where direction is set and decisions are made, for the full duration of the engagement.
Agents support.
Our agentic systems handle research, documentation, monitoring, and triage under partner oversight. Seniors stay on craft.
Two-week rhythm.
Working sessions every two weeks, written updates every Friday, decisions documented as they happen.
Phase 03
Every engagement ends with a structured handover. For brand work: guidelines, assets, a working session with the team that will maintain the identity. For platform and AI work: documentation, runbooks, source code. For digital twin work: the asset library, tooling, and training your internal team needs to extend the work. The formal engagement ends. The relationship usually does not.
